Lavender Bath Oils![]() Lavender bath oils are not only good for the skin, they can have different therapeutic effects. You can change the essential oil to the mood you're in or what you need at the time. Here are a few I like, using carrier oils and essential oils.
Recipe # 1 Warming
This is a warming blend. This is very nice in the cold winter months. The Lavender is healing to the skin, the peppermint is energizing, and the ginger warming, sharpens the senses and helps with those aches and pains. This is also very good for
nausea.
Recipe # 2 Meditating This blend is great for the skin and is very supportive of prayer and meditation.
Recipe # 3 Sinus Helper
I use this when I feel a cold or sinus congestion coming on. It's anti viral and anti fungal. Works for
headaches.
Recipe # 4 Burnout
This one is good for burnout when life gets to hectic. It helps refresh the spirit and sharpens the mind.
Recipe # 5 Builds Confidence This is a wonderful uplifting scent that makes me feel better and feel more creative.
Recipe # 6 Reduces Mental fatigue I find this makes me relax and uplifts my mood at the same time. This is also good on the skin.
Recipe #7 Spicy Scent This reminds me of Christmas. I love the spicy scent. Helps to stimulate the circulatory , cardiac, and respiratory systems This blend is also anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial.
Recipe # 8 Memory Helper This is good if you have to concentrate and learn things. Plus it smells great!
Recipe # 9 Calming This is an all purpose, can't go wrong lavender bath oil. It's especially good for stress. Lavender bath oils are really nice on the skin. I love using them in my bath water or even directly on my skin after a shower. |
