Lavender Vegetable Scrambled Eggs
These vegetable scrambled eggs are very versatile, use whatever you like or have on hand at the time. Pick and choose what sounds good to you. Just have fun with it.
1 tsp. butter or oil
1 onion chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1/2 green, red or orange pepper chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 small zucchini chopped
green or black olives
eggs beaten with a fork. The amount depends on your needs
shredded or sliced cheese
2 pinches of dried crushed or chopped lavender
salt and pepper to taste.
Saute all the vegetables (and meat if desired ). Add the eggs, lavender, salt and pepper and cook. Remove from heat and sprinkle with a handful of cheese or cheese slices and cover with a lid to melt cheese. Serve and enjoy.
